Under close supervision, determines technology requirements and provides software development support to a research project. Monitors, plans, and coordinates installs and maintains clients, servers, tables, databases and views. Installs server and database patches and upgrades as needed. Produces and maintains documentation on database structure, procedures and data standards. Performs backup planning, testing of recovery procedures and cloning of databases. Performs database tuning, space management, and network administration. Creates and manages indexes and reviews and optimizes SQL code as required. Audits current database structure to ensure end user permissions adhere to the principle of least access; creates and maintains users and roles. Under general supervision, responsible for scheduling, planning, coordinating, and administering campus-wide projects or programs.| Associate Degree and two years relevant experience or equivalent.

Works with the Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations. Assumes responsibility for oversight and administrative activities as directed by supervisor. Provides direct patient care to patients in accordance with recognized policies. Document nursing treatment and patient interactions in the medical record.Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in Kansas, or licensed within 30 days of hire. 3 years of experience as a registered nurse. 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Screen patients to obtain and input medical history information, vital signs, and current symptoms. Serves as chaperone for medical providers during exams as needed. Performs reception and clerical duties to support medical providers, such as collecting and completing medical history forms; completing forms; verifying immunization records; and getting travel itineraries from patients. Records data accurately in the medical record. Maintains exam rooms, keeping equipment clean, sterilized and rotated following Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) guidelines.High school diploma or completion of GED equivalency. Completion of Medical Assistant program. Current CPR certification.
