Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:

Leads or coordinates design team and/or collaborates with researchers utilizing abstract, computational thinking and best practices to conceptualize, design, create, prototype, implement, and maintain network, hardware and/or software solutions that support research and instruction. Coordinates and/or collaborates with developers, analysts and/or engineers to test, troubleshoot, build, and maintain technology solutions, and to define and create user experiences. Assures creation and maintenance of system documentation, reporting, and review. Works on extremely complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Acts as a technical lead or consultant on various projects, and leads the development of intellectual property. Exhibits creativity, foresight and mature judgment in conducting research programs/projects. Participates and/or collaborates in grant development and reporting of research findings, and may serve an outreach role to establish research collaboration opportunities. May participate in new external collaborative product development. May present or publish research findings and serve as co-PI. May teach university courses and/or workshops. May supervise staff and/or student employees. #High school/GED and 5 years related experience OR Associate¿s degree with 4 years related experience OR Bachelor¿s degree with 2 years of related experience OR Master¿s degree with 1 year of related experience.
