Performance Management and MyTalent System
Learn more about ongoing ways, as an employee or supervisor, to stay on top of your or your employees' resposibilities, setting goals, documenting progress and preparing for and completing the annual performance review. MyTalent provides tools for probationary employment, job coaching/counseling and progressive discipline in order to maintain clear and consistent feedback and documentation. Ideally supervisors and employees are meeting monthly to talk about goals and progress, and documenting progress on a quarterly basis. These regular meetings make the annual review process less arguous.
