Performance Management and MyTalent System
Learn more about ongoing ways as an employee or supervisor to stay on top of your or your employees' resposibilities, setting goals, documenting progress and preparing for and completing the annual performance review. MyTalent provides tools for probationary employment, job coaching/counseling and progressive discipline in order to maintain clear and consistent feedback and documentation.

Exiting KU
