Total Rewards Statement
What is a Total Rewards Statement?
Your Total Rewards Statement gives you a comprehensive view of your pay and benefits. It reflects compiled information based on payroll records from the previous calendar year, January 1 through December 31, including earnings and both KU-paid and employee-paid benefits.
It is a snapshot of payroll records at a given time (when the statements are generated) and any late or retroactive pay issued after that snapshot would be reflected in the earnings received in the current calendar year regardless of the time frame it was originally been paid.
This statement is provided for informational purposes only. It does not replace your W‑2 or any income tax documents and should not be used for tax preparation.
The Total Rewards Statement is neither an employment contract nor any guarantee of future employment with the University.
