The Manager's Collective
The Manager's Collective is a community created specifically for those who supervise staff. Membership is open to those in middle-management positions across all of the KU campuses.
Individuals serving in middle-management positions face unique challenges. The goal of this community is to provide you with the opportunity to connect with your peers across the organization while learning about topics relevant to your role.
In 2027, the Collective will meet via Teams on these dates:
- Thursday, February 18 from 10-11am
- Wednesday, March 10 from 11am-Noon
- Thursday, April 8 from 1-2pm
- Tuesday, May 11 from 10-11am
- Wednesday, June 9 from 11am-Noon
- Tuesday, July 13 from 1-2pm
- Wednesday, August 18 from 10-11am
- Tuesday, September 14 from 11am-Noon
- Thursday, October 14 from 1-2pm
- Tuesday, November 16 from 11am-Noon
Between meetings, members of the Collective will have access to a Teams site where you can ask questions and share resources.
