Project Leader Program

The Project Leader Program provides the opportunity to develop your leadership knowledge and your project management skills. It is an interactive curriculum designed to build capacity in those serving as informal project managers in their role at KU.

Program Structure

Each session highlights a project management topic and includes experiential learning and practical strategies. The program includes eight class sessions divided across four days, each with a two-hour morning session and a two-hour afternoon session. Classes are conducted via Teams. In addition, participants will participants are required to complete pre-work assignments, including LinkedIn Learning courses and reading assignments. 

Participant Requirements

This program is open to any employee who wishes to develop or improve their ability to manage projects and work with project team members.
