
Onboarding at KU
The People Support Onboarding team supports new hires and transitioning employees by providing guidance, resources, and personalized support to ensure a compliant, efficient, and positive start to the employee's KU experience.
What we do:
- Ensure proper completion of all required new hire documents
- Provide initial orientation to campus benefits and services
- Provide visual verification of I-9 documentation
- Route completed onboarding summary to Appointment Team for keying
- Provide I-9 reverifications
- Provide Tier 1 HR support
Onboarding staff work a hybrid, rotating schedule. They can be reached online or by phone.
Room 101 is open for walk-ins, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.
