Under general supervision, works with faculty, staff, and students to develop and support technology applications or computing systems. Conceptualizes, designs/develops and implements applications with discipline specific focus. Tests, troubleshoots, codes, and performs technical work required to implement solutions. Conducts needs assessments and requirements gathering, performs data mapping, user experience design, application architecture, software and/or network installation and configuration, quality assurance, and deployment for web applications or systems. Elicits user requirements, translates them into actionable proposals, and articulates estimates for producing solutions using appropriate technology. May supervise staff or student employees. May participate in development of grant proposals and/or presentation of research findings. #High school/GED and 3 years related experience OR Associate¿s degree with 2 years related experience OR Bachelor¿s degree in field related to discipline.
