People First Update: How to Contact the first two Centers of Excellence

On April 10, HR announced the launch of the first two Centers of Excellence in the KU People First HR Transformation initiative. These two centers — Talent Acquisition and People Support — collectively encompass and expand the services formerly offered by HRM (Employment and Appointment) and the HR Shared Service Center (HR-SSC). Effective Monday, May 6, we will be removing the HR contacts and services from the SSC website, since all HR SSC staff have been deployed to redesigned roles within the new Centers of Excellence model.

As part of the larger HR transformation, all Human Resources staff are now co-located in Carruth O’Leary Hall.  Most staff in our departments work a hybrid schedule, so we recommend connecting online to set up meetings  . KU HR’s Reception and Onboarding hours of operation are 8:30-4:30, Monday – Friday.
