Web Clock

Who Uses the Web Clock?

The Web Clock is assigned to hourly (non-exempt) employees who are on a temporary position or those on regular positions who are eligible for premium pay, (i.e. call-in/call-back, shift differential, and stand-by). Students employees are temporary employees. Employees do not clock-out for paid breaks. Employees are required to report their own time and by the method assigned.

The device used must be actively connected to the internet. You must have a KU Online ID registered with KU Information Technology in order to report your time and leave in the system.

The Web Clock is a page accessed in the HR/Pay (hr.ku.edu) system under the Time and Absence Tile.
