Students can select their own beginning effective date, and can purchase coverage anytime. Coverage can be paid for monthly, or in a lump sum.

United Health Care provides students with affordable dental and vision plans year-round. If you need to purchase voluntary dental and/or vision coverage, you can access their application page, using the link below. You’ll be asked to provide some basic demographic information before receiving your free quote. Your quote will include all of the options available to you so you can select the plan that works best for you and your situation.
