Job Title Summary and Minimum Qualifications:
Serves as a subject matter expert and liaison for the HR Partner, Unit, and Search Committee to provide recruitment guidance, consultation, and expertise in alignment with federal guidelines, university policies, and procedures for staff recruitment activities. Reviews, audits recruitment plans and posts approved staff position descriptions, coordinating with the HR Partner, Senior Recruiter or Compensation Team as appropriate. Reviews position title, job family/classification assignment, FLSA status, and updates position attributes in the HRIS system; coordinates position number assignment/position control validation, and advises on recruitment exception process. Manages recruitment exceptions (search waivers and personnel actions) in coordination with the Compensation Team and supervisor. Works with International Employment Advisor Sr. or International Scholar Services with any visa related issues. Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years related professional-level work experience OR a high school diploma/GED plus a minimum of six years of related professional-level work experience.
