Assumes overall supervision and leadership for the Registration and Records Department. Oversees the registration process including the integrity and accuracy of imported student information, document scanning, and scheduling. Manages purging of paper/electronic records once the retention date is met. Oversees the processing of legal releases of medical record information. Coordinates peer chart review on a semi-annual basis with the Chief of the Medical Staff. Manages the electronic medical records system regarding accuracy of entries and audits documentation by all clinical providers.Associates degree from an accredited university in a health information management program. Credentialed in the Health Information Management (HIM) profession, i.e. Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Administrator Technician (RHIT). Three years¿ experience required in HIM profession with two years of supervisory or office management experience.

Consults and provides clinical psychological services to KU students. Performs diagnostic evaluation as appropriate. Provides individual, couple, or group therapy. Collaborates with professional colleagues to coordinate effective treatment regimens. Refers clients for other appropriate services. Documents clinical services provided. Instructs and supervises mental health trainees. Performs campus outreach activities and conducts professional presentations. Master¿s degree in Social Work from CSWE accredited program. Eligible for LSCSW license in Kansas at time of hire. One year of related professional work experience.

Manages and coordinates the services of the medical staff as an integral member of the administrative team. Exercises independent judgment under the leadership of the Director of Student Health Services (SHS).  Functions as an advocate/liaison on patient care issues including but not limited to: the development of clinical policies, procedures, and practices. Responds to patient complaints regarding patient care and serves as the spokesperson (or designee) to the community regarding medical or health issues. In conjunction with others, appoints Medical Coordinators.  Provides leadership to the medical staff by chairing medical staff meetings, completes evaluations, coordinates in-service education, coordinates peer review, and compiles the call schedule. Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and completion of accredited residency program. Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine. Eligible for Kansas license. DEA registered or eligible. Eligible for liability insurance. Current CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified. Provide patient care and educate patients presenting with musculoskeletal injuries/illness. Evaluates patient, establishes objectives, applies appropriate treatments, and follows up with physician on patient progress. Follows prescribed protocols when providing care. Documents patient care and interactions in the medical record. May participate in the undergraduate athletic training major as clinical instructor. Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training or related field. Athletic Trainer certification by NATABOC. Licensed as Athletic Trainer in Kansas or eligible. One year of related professional experience. Current CPR certification.

Enters new or revises existing recipes for all dining units, procures menu items and special event recipe ingredients, and performs product testing. Works with vendors to source new food items and creates reports for budget review and recipe/menu costing. Observes and monitors inventories within residential dining units for adherence to set guidelines for proper storage, food cost, and quality controls. Bachelor¿s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. Three years of experience in menu planning, food purchasing or a related field.

Oversees food service workers in the preparation and serving of food in a KU residential or other campus dining facility. Oversees the clean-up and sanitation of the work area, kitchen and dining room. May prepare and cook food. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Three years of experience in a commercial/institutional food service environment. Six months supervisory experience. ServSafe certification required.

Promotes nutrition programs and food safety information to students, faculty, and staff. Inspects facilities for proper sanitation practices related to food storage/prep and service. Tests and calculates nutritional values of recipes. Provides employee training including orientation sessions and educational seminars. Facilitates recertification and exam process for ServSafe program. Researches and informs management on developments in the areas of nutrition, dietary issues and the foodservice industry, particularly upcoming CDC and FDA changes. Plans and coordinates nutrition education programs and materials for dining locations. Bachelor¿s degree in Dietetics, Food Service Management, Hospitality Management, Nutrition Education, or related field required. Three years of experience as a Dietitian or Nutritionist. Registered as a Dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. ServSafe certifications.

Oversees catering and supervises staff for events including: preparation, event set-up, dining, and tear-down. Completes proper paperwork to facilitate efficiency and communication within the department. Consults with clients concerning event requirements. High school diploma or GED equivalent. One year of experience in a catering/hotel/restaurant food service environment. ServSafe certification required.

Assist students with coursework, projects, study skills, and test taking to support student academic success. Possess or be in process of obtaining Bachelor¿s degree in area of discipline.

Develops curricula, learning objectives, lesson plans, and reference/presentation materials for seminars, workshops, and programs. Instruct students programs, workshops, and/or seminars. Evaluates student achievement and provides/records appropriate records and reports. May certify professional accreditation. Assesses and enhances curricula. Coordinates with other contacts to obtain needed support services. May participate in hiring of staff or student employees. Bachelor¿s degree based in area of discipline. Five years of instructional or professional experience in related field.
