Conceptualizes and develops institutional strategies. Assures unit effectiveness and accountability. Collaborates with industry contacts to foster university programs. May have dual supervision from KUMC executives. May be responsible for division allocation of fiscal and human resources. Serves with direction from a vice chancellor. Supervises staff. May be eligible for sabbatical leave. Ph.D. and five years of related experience is required or equivalent terminal degree.
