Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:

Coordinates a variety of technical content development processes such as item development, internal and external review, quality assurance, and approval of items for field testing. Ensures that assessments or instructional resources are of high quality and developed according to specifications. Designs training and provides feedback to curriculum and assessment associates and contractual/part-time staff (e.g., item writers). Collaborates with other teams on issues related to test development. Conducts content review meetings with stakeholders. May oversee curriculum and assessment specialists, graduate research assistants, and student hourly employees. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of teaching, large-scale assessment, or curriculum development experience or Master’s degree and 1 year of teaching, large-scale assessment, or curriculum development experience.
