Determines, implements, and evaluates business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs. Critically evaluates information from multiple sources and clearly indicates quality of final analysis. Consults with subject matter experts, technical experts, end users and other stakeholders to gather information about business processes. Researches, analyzes and reports on complex data to meet customer needs. Identifies user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs. Provides direct supervision of staff. Sets goals and objectives for team members. May provide support in conversion and maintenance of process diagrams and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience.
