Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Conducts Title IX and Title VII investigations for the Lawrence campus. Develops investigation plans for each complaint and conducts thorough and confidential interviews of the complaint. Provides detailed reports to the Director, which includes findings and recommendations of corrective action. Monitors employment practices which may have an adverse impact on employees. Assists in the development of Affirmative Action Plans and related outreach. May provide supervision of staff and/or students. May participate in event planning and outreach to support and broaden campus recognition on supporting issues. #Bachelor¿s degree in a related field with 2 years related experience OR JD.
