Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Manages cross-functional activities of human resource, research administration and/or fiscal staff, including oversight of all SSC human resources, time reviewer, and/or fiscal transaction related functions. Performs HR and payroll transaction and analytical work, when needed. Trains staff in human resources, research administration and/or fiscal best practices. Coordinates with leaders of academic departments, units, and/or research centers. Conducts staff meetings, prepares written instructions for work assignments, and resolves disputes. Supervises staff. #Bachelor¿s degree and 4 years related experience OR high school diploma/GED and 8 years of related management experience.
