Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:

Coordinates the recruitment process for all faculty, staff, and student employees for assigned units. Communicates the application status and process to applicants by sending system notifications on the outcome of applications, generating offer letters, placing and tracking background check completion, and ensuring all supporting documents are attached to the application. Reviews application materials on behalf of hiring departments and assists with the processing of all recruitment exceptions. Responsible for the collection of all onboarding materials from prospective hires and ensuring the employment details have been effectively communicated. #Bachelor¿s degree and 2 years related HR experience OR High School diploma and 6 years of related experience.
