Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Performs activities supporting the administration of employee relations programs, including those for professional and management positions. May draft policies for review and approval. Assists in advising managers and employees on University Employee Relations program policies, practices, and procedures and writing ER related letters/reports. Assists in the investigation of personnel policy/procedure violations. Develops and presents Employee Relations specific training topics. Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience or High School/GED and 5 years of related experience.
