Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Provides the processing and auditing for all campus personnel and payroll related transactions. Ensures that data entered into the HR/Pay system is accurate, timely and complete. Utilizes an intricate understanding of HR/Payroll related systems in accordance with HR policies and procedures. Confers with management to develop or implement HR appointment procedures. Reviews and processes adjustments based on system delivered reports. Coordinates HR/Pay system processing with other departments to ensure accurate payroll processing and state records. Receives and responds to all HR appointment/payroll-related inquiries. May assist employees and departments in filling out proper documentation and forms. May assist in system upgrades and testing. #Bachelor¿s degree OR an associate¿s degree and 2 years of related experience OR High School diploma and 4 years of related experience.
