Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:

Responsible for review and implementation of cohesive psychometric processes and procedures across projects within a center. Serve as manager of the psychometric function within a center, including hiring, budgeting, and program management. Coordinates with management, program leadership, and clients. Provides advice on analyses of large-scale assessment data across multiple projects. Provides guidance on documentation of operational results, technical reports and manuals.
Provides guidance on the design of validity studies. Coordinates center research initiatives for proposals for external funding and as part of the organization’s research agenda. Represents organization's position on technical issues to clients, external boards/panels, professional associations, and other agencies. Supervises psychometric staff across the center’s projects. Ph.D. in educational measurement or related field and 6 years of related experience, including previous experience managing work of junior-level psychometricians on all aspects of psychometric work across multiple projects in large scale assessment.
