Oversees the complete maintenance of specific building(s) on one ofthe University campuses. Duties would include installation, repairand maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigerationsystems in the building(s). Supervises work assignments andperformance of staff assigned. Assists with general grounds andlandscape management for the specific building(s). Reviews andadvises on capital projects, renovations and general maintenancerequirements for the specific building(s). Make recommendationand prepare budget proposals for equipment, personnel, suppliesand contractual services for the maintenance of the specificbuilding(s). High School diploma or GED equivalency. Five years ofexperience in maintenance work with three years of experience as a supervisor or lead worker. Associate¿s degree or vocational school certification may be substituted for two years of the required experience.
