Job Title: 
Maintenance Manager
Job Description and Minimum Qualifications: 

Maintains all building, ground, custodial and/or vehicle fleet maintenance for the facility. Coordinates with contractors for building and/or maintenance projects and may advise senior staff in capital improvement issues. Establishes and enforces schedules for inspections on campus equipment. May maintain Fire Code compliance standards and ensures that safety checks are performed. Coordinates schedules and trains all staff hired in the maintenance area. Develop and implement plans for defining campus maintenance and repair requests and needs. High School diploma or GED equivalency. Five years of experience in maintenance work with three years of experience as a supervisor or lead worker. Associate's degree or vocational school certification may be substituted for two years of the required experience.
