Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Manages the overall operation of multipurpose educational facilities on campus. Provides management and direction for the daily maintenance of the facility. Establishes rules and policies for the facility and coordinates staffing and scheduling needs. Reviews and approves project funding, contracts and required change orders for work to be performed. Contributes to the Service Mission of the Department, School and University. Establishes communication guidelines for events and activities surrounding the facility. Conducts inspections and assessment duties in compliance with University policies and procedures as well as other regulatory agencies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, Facilities Management or a related field. Five years of experience in facilities management, maintenance or a related field.
