Oversees the operations of the Facilities Service Department to meet the needs of the University mission, goals and objectives. Provides planning, programming and development of projects. Develops and oversees the budget, participates in personnel matters, coordinates projects within department and with external clients, and provides project oversight. Ensures compliance with campus master plan and applicable standards, policies, procedures, codes, and bylaws. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Seven years of relevant experience, including management experience.
