FY2024 Staff Evaluation Process


The annual performance evaluation process for Unclassified Professional staff (UPS) and University Support Staff (USS) opened on May 15. The first step in the process is for employees to complete a self-evaluation by June 30. Once the self-evaluation is completed, the supervisor will complete the performance evaluation in the MyTalent system by Aug. 28. The supervisor and the employee should then meet to discuss the performance evaluation and review goals.

If an employee fails to complete the self-evaluation by the due date, the process will continue with the supervisor completing a performance evaluation without formal input from the employee.
