Performs and documents nursing assessments, physician orders, use of standing orders, medication administration, treatments, services, patient response to care, and given instructions. Educates patients on self-care and preventive techniques. Documents nursing treatment and patient interactions in the medical record. Certification as Licensed Practical Nurse in Kansas. Six months of related experience. Intravenous Fluid Therapy (IV) certified. Current CPR certification.

Assumes overall supervision and leadership for the Registration and Records Department. Oversees the registration process including the integrity and accuracy of imported student information, document scanning, and scheduling. Manages purging of paper/electronic records once the retention date is met. Oversees the processing of legal releases of medical record information. Coordinates peer chart review on a semi-annual basis with the Chief of the Medical Staff. Manages the electronic medical records system regarding accuracy of entries and audits documentation by all clinical providers.Associates degree from an accredited university in a health information management program. Credentialed in the Health Information Management (HIM) profession, i.e. Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Administrator Technician (RHIT). Three years¿ experience required in HIM profession with two years of supervisory or office management experience.

Consults and provides clinical psychological services to KU students. Performs diagnostic evaluation as appropriate. Provides individual, couple, or group therapy. Collaborates with professional colleagues to coordinate effective treatment regimens. Refers clients for other appropriate services. Documents clinical services provided. Instructs and supervises mental health trainees. Performs campus outreach activities and conducts professional presentations. Master¿s degree in Social Work from CSWE accredited program. Eligible for LSCSW license in Kansas at time of hire. One year of related professional work experience.

Manages and coordinates the services of the medical staff as an integral member of the administrative team. Exercises independent judgment under the leadership of the Director of Student Health Services (SHS).  Functions as an advocate/liaison on patient care issues including but not limited to: the development of clinical policies, procedures, and practices. Provide patient care and educate patients presenting with musculoskeletal injuries/illness. Manages, directs and evaluates a Program, consisting of multiple inter-related projects and plans, utilizing accepted program management methodologies, processes and documentation. Works closely with executive stakeholders of the Program to determine project prioritization and Program resource needs. Develops and monitors the budgets and expenses for projects within the Program. Formulates, develops, and executes meaningful measures for program performance, program reporting, work plan, compliance, and annual reports of the overall Program. Provides guidance for Project Managers assigned to projects within the Program. May be assigned projects outside of Program. May provide supervision. High School Diploma/ GED and seven years of project management experience or an Associate’s and five years of project management experience or a Bachelor’s degree and three years of project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.

Under general direction, provides managerial/supervisory oversight to multiple departments within IT. Responsible for assisting the IT Associate Director and IT Director in providing technical direction, mentoring, customer relations, and project management support. This position operates with a significant degree of autonomy and may work closely with high-level administrators. Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience. Supervisory experience is required.

Lead automation testing initiatives using appropriate tools & techniques and deliver automation testing scripts. Under minimal supervision, analyzes and evaluates major organizational activities/problems/needs and prepares required quality assurance artifacts (test cases, suites, test data) to complete quality assurance process for the proposed solutions. Certifies the proposed solutions by performing appropriate type of testing (functional, security, data validation, regression, white/black box) that takes into account hardware, software or system functional specifications provided by end-users /stakeholders.
