Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Performs highly skilled and/or specialized work on sheetrockfinishing, painting, and staining work on a wide variety of interiorand exterior surfaces and structures. Work is performed onremodeling or construction projects as well as general maintenanceof University buildings. Some positions may provide leadership orsupervision over staff. High School diploma or GED equivalency. Three years of experience in commercial painting. Associate¿s degree orvocational school certification may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
