Performs highly skilled HVAC work and related trade functions.Performs construction and/or routine maintenance on mechanical,electrical, pneumatic, steam, and electronic components ofenvironmental control systems and equipment associated withmulti¿story commercial and lab buildings. Some positions mayrequire knowledge of DDC controls (Johnson Controls) and BACcontrols. Some positions may provide leadership or supervision overstaff. High School diploma or GED equivalency. Five years of HVAC experience in a commercial or industrial setting. Associate¿s degree orvocational school certification may be substituted for one year of the required experience. EPA CFC (Chlorofluorocarbons) Certification for refrigerants required.
