Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Performs skilled trade work in building, mechanical or groundsmaintenance. Work may involve or be related to one or more of thefollowing skilled craft areas: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC,sheet metal and/or painting. High School diploma or GED equivalency. Three years of experience in a skilled craft area. Associate¿s degree orvocational school certification may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
