Performs semi¿skilled work in the maintenance and repair of allUniversity vehicles. Duties will involve troubleshooting, diagnosticand repair of cars, trucks, vans, medium and heavy duty trucks andspecialized construction and landscape equipment. Duties willinvolve the operation and repair of both gasoline and diesel fueledvehicles and equipment. High School diploma or GED equivalency. One year of experience in automotive or diesel mechanics. Completion of apprenticeship in automotive mechanics or a mechanic¿s training program may be substituted for the required experience.
