Supervises curriculum and/or assessment teams across subject areas and projects. Leads assessment system and individual test designs for multiple projects. Collaborates with other senior staff on high-level design, oversight, and decision-making for assessment programs including validity studies. Leads design of curriculum, instruction, and professional learning initiatives across projects. Collaborates with other senior staff on oversight and decision-making for programs including research and evaluation. Ensures that assessment and instructional products meet professional standards and that contract deliverables are met. Master’s degree and 7 years of large-scale assessment development experience or doctoral degree and 5 years of large-scale assessment development experience, including one year of management of more junior curriculum and/or assessment developers.
