Under general direction, provides managerial/supervisory oversight to a department. Manages projects focused in different areas such as infrastructure and installation management for all telecommunication networks, application development, implementation, support and/or integration. Participates in collaborative activities and serves as a subject matter expert in the assigned area. Provides technical direction, configuration and/or design leadership, project management, analysis, development and ongoing maintenance and support of projects/systems, and/or repairs. Reviews code generated by the project team to ensure architectural/code standards are included/met. May supervise staff. High School Diploma/ GED and seven years of relevant professional experience or an Associate’s degree and five years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant professional experience. One year in a supervisory and/or progressively responsible management role.
