Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Responsible for assisting the IT Director in providing technical direction, mentoring, customer relations, and project management support. This role provides leadership, supervision and service deliverables for staff in assigned units/departments. This position operates with a significant degree of autonomy and works closely with high-level administrators. A strong technical understanding of the Information Technology environment is required. Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience and two years in a supervisory and/or progressively responsible management role.
