Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Serves in a lead role in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of highly complex, integrated systems. Develops system design to provide optimum solution to complex projects.Prepares flow charts, diagrams, and detailed program specifications to describe and document the proposed system.Works with users to coordinate installations of systems. Acts assenior consultant and mentor to IT engineers, developers, administrators, or analysts, providing advice and in depth consultation on complex systems analysis and design requiring advanced techniques. High School Diploma/ GED and ten years of relevant professional experience or an Associate’s degree and eight years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant professional experience.
