Under direct supervision, monitors, troubleshoots and tests IT systems. Provides highly technical skills in the installation, repairand maintenance of all systems in operation and participates inthe implementation of new systems and upgrades. High School Diploma/ GED and four years of relevant professional experience or an Associate’s degree and two years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
