Job Title Summary and Minimum Qualifications:

Serves as a subject matter expert and liaison for the HR Partner, Unit, and Search Committee to provide recruitment guidance, consultation, and expertise in alignment with federal guidelines, university policies, and procedures for student recruitment activities. Reviews, audits recruitment plans and posts approved position descriptions coordinating with the HR Partner or Compensation Team as appropriate. Reviews position number assignment/position control validation and evaluates student direct hires in coordination with the supervisor. Assists applicants with questions on application process and status, sends system notification of application outcome to candidates. Manages concurrent hiring activities for student employees. Bachelor's degree OR a high school diploma/GED plus a minimum of four years of related professional-level work experience or equivalent.
