Instructions for Faculty

Lecturer Self-Evaluation


The Performance Management System (MyTalent.ku.edu) will be used to store and track faculty evaluations. Lecturers, Teaching Professors, and Professors of the Practice may complete a self-evaluation using the options available in the Performance Management System as described in this document.

Complete the Self-Evaluation

  1. Log in to MyTalent

      1.       2.       6. Once a suggested sentence is placed in the “Subject’s Comments” field, the quote can be edited as needed
    2. Option 2: Evaluate your performance in the overall performance section

    4. Option 4: Do not complete the self-evaluation via the MyTalent system. Instead, use your unit’s existing process for self-evaluation and move this form forward (see steps 5 and 6 below) in the system to your supervisor to complete.
  5.
