Employee Relations staff is available to provide support to employees, managers and supervisors with the goal of enhancing the employee experience to boost morale and confidence, encourage success and minimize risk.

Performance Management and MyTalent System

Learn more about ongoing ways as an employee or supervisor to stay on top of your or your employees' resposibilities, setting goals, documenting progress and preparing for and completing the annual performance review. MyTalent provides tools for probationary employment, job coaching/counseling and progressive discipline in order to maintain clear and consistent feedback and documentation.

Exiting KU
