Employee Access

As an employee, you may have access to the following pages in HR/Pay based on your type of appointment:

  • Absence Management: You can learn more about how to request leave and view your absence balance/history.
  • Personal Information: You can learn more about how to view and update your personal information such as home contact, ethnic groups, etc. and how to access the KU Directory to update your work contact information in HR/Pay.
  • Time and Labor: You can learn more about how to report the hours you work.
  • Payroll and Compensation Information: You can use the pages under this menu to view your paycheck, view/modify direct deposit, W-4 federal tax information and view compensation history. You can update your K-4 on the Payroll Website.
