Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Performs general maintenance/repair on buildings and generalgrounds maintenance. May also perform concrete and asphaltmaintenance on campus buildings, streets and/or curbs. Duties mayinclude retrieving and delivering materials from vendors to job sites.High School diploma or GED equivalency. Six months experience in any trades area. Valid driver¿s license. Associate¿s degree or vocational school certification may be substituted for the required experience.
